• Indicate the carbon atoms where only substitution is possible.

• How many moles of hydrogen will add on per mole of the compound?
• How many pi bonds are broken and how many Sigma bonds are formed during the addition reaction?
• Is it possible to deduce whether addition is an exothermic process? Give reasons.
